Seven steps (90mnts)
A whole body massage with specific “ayurvedic oil”

Rejuvenating Massage (90mnts)
A full body anti aging massage with “ayurvedic oil”
A full body anti-aging massage with ayurvedic oils, where the marma points are
activated by soft pressure technique, having an overall affect on the immune
system of the body. It stimulates tired nerves, cleanses and revitalizes the
body and includes an herbal steam bath.

A treatment with special “Heated herbal powder”
A treatment for slimming of the body. A special heated herbal powder is applied
all over the body and massaged deeply with specific movements. This massage
stimulates hair follicles and breaks down fat storage. A steam bath then
refreshers the skin.

Sirodhara

(warm herbal oil flow on forehead)
Sirodhara consists of the continuous flow of medicated lukewarm ayurvedic
oils or herbal concoction. The oil is poured, through an ingenious device, on
the forehead between the eyebrows, the meeting point of the nerves of the body.
This procedure often induces a mental state similar to a trance, which creates
profound relaxation of the mind and body. It is usually followed by a massage.
Benefits: - It drives out years of deep-seated stress. It is deeply
relaxing and revitalizes the central nervous system, reduces mental
disturbances, stress, anxiety, depression, hallucination, cervical spondylosis,
chronic headache, hypertension, diabetic neuropathy, and hemiplegia. It also

Head, Neck
& Shoulder Massage (25mnts)
